Spotify ads playing on Podcast, not integrated.

My Question or Issue

Why am I getting ads from local stores on podcasts?
These are not integrated into the podcast, nor are they on any other platform this podcast is on?
I pay for premium, I DO NOT expect spotify to serve me ads during a podcast.
here is an example of podcast this has happened on:

I have attached a recording of this happening as well. 
I am incredibly displeased at this and will be considering moving to another platform for podcasts as a result.

While Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.
