Spotify deletes followers from my playlists

About 6 months ago I created 2 different accounts on Spotify and several playlists on each of them on behalf of two music labels Ate that Records and Indieshake. In order to make everything right, I kept every playlist updated weekly and started several ad campaigns on Facebook where ad sets lead directly to the playlists. In a month there already were over 1,000 followers and playlists started generating a decent amount of streams for our own tracks, but then, suddenly, Spotify cuts more than half the followers for unknown reasons and since then all our playlists are basically dead despite all paid ads, trades, swaps etc. I just want to understand why this happened only to my profiles.
