Spotify is not playing my downloaded songs

Hi, I discovered that my downloaded songs are not playing when I'm in offline mode and I'm using the latest version of the Spotify app which is 8.6.0.830.

I've cleared my cache and logged out of my device but the problem persists

It seems like a newer version of the app was recently released. Could double-check if there are any updates available from your end? You can check by following the steps on this page.

If no updates appear, another option is to try a clean reinstall of the app. This will ensure that you're running the latest version as well. Just note that you'll need to re-download your offline tunes after the reinstall.
