Spotify unable to display songs or playlist

My Question or Issue

When spotify app is connected on a big WIFI network, the app can't display songs or playlist  ...  Only 3 dots running ...  Turn OFF WIFI and going on LTE and the app is going normal after !  There is no WIFI restriction in our FW but a lot of Spotify client listening on this network ...  Is it a problem or can we go around it to have the spotify app up again ?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

We tried to test this with different Wi-Fi networks, but the app seems to be working properly with any connection. So to start investigating this issue, would you mind confirming if all of the affected devices you mentioned are connected to the same Wi-Fi network? Bear in mind that if you're connecting to a corporate/school network, it may have some restrictions that affect the proper behavior of the app.

 

If it's not a corporate/school network, we'd recommend restarting your router to see if it makes any difference. 

 

Lastly, to make sure we've all bases covered, we'd also recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article to see if the issue persists.

Same problem here.

On my Pc it's working fine but on my phone & tablet every playlist is emtpy
