Still getting recommended songs on playlist even with more than 15 songs

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running android and I do not have premium. I have more than 15 songs in my playlist but I am still getting recommended songs. Is this a feature that is part of the free plan? If it is not, can it be disabled?

Could you share a link to your playlist?

With "recommended songs" do you mean songs automatically added to your playlist with no further designation or something else? Providing a screenshot would help us out a lot.
