this is indeed strange. One reason we can think of is that something went wrong when the distributor submitted the album to us and it wasn't properly linked to the Artist Profile.
The best way to get this sorted would be for the distributor to resubmit the album or for the Artist to get in touch with our Artist Team so they can look into this. We can't really make any modifications from our end on the Community or make requests on behalf of artists.
