There is no "Local Files" in "Your Library"

My Question or Issue

I enabled Local files in Settings and added folder with legally downloaded mp3 from Bandcamp and there is still nothing in my Library.

The location of the Local Files section is a bit different with the New UI, if you click on "Your Library", you should see Local Files right there:

 

Though your first screenshot is on the Your Library view as well, and it doesn't show anything, maybe try liking some songs, or making some playlists, maybe that will make it pop up?

Wow... yes, creating empty playlist solved this issue, thank you!
