Top tracks not tracking friends playlist

My Question or Issue

Hello, 
With the new spotify UI update we got the "Top artist" and "Top Tracks" of the month - What i've noticed is that these two doesn't show songs or artists from playlist not made by myself. 
So i started looking this up, i made a last.fm account too see if i was correct. 
This is what shows on my spotify profile:

It's a great content, would love to use it as making monthly playlist of what i enjoyed per month.

We suggest running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. We also suggest downloading the app again from the Microsoft Store.

It might take a while for the info to be synced, so we suggest to keep listening to your favorite music for the coming weeks to check if your top artists and tracks of the month are correctly updated.
