(I Type Like This The Whole Time)
This Isn’t A Consistent Problem (Yet) But This Is The Second Time This Has Happened And It’s Not Going Away This Time.
When I Open The Spotify App On My Chromebook, I Get A Message That Says “Something Went Wrong. Search For Something Else?” When I Haven’t Even Touched Anything In The App And I’m Just Sitting On The Homescreen. Ironically, The Search Feature Works Just Fine, And I Can Play Music That I Search. I Can Continue Listening To The Playlist I Was On Before This Tomfoolery, But I Cannot Access The Actual Playlist To Manually Change The Song, Or Any Other Playlist To Change Anything. I Only Get The Message “Couldn’t Find That Playlist, Search For Something Else?” When My Playlists Are Still Visible On The Side Of My Screen.
I Don’t Know What Else To Do, I’ve Tried: Closing The App And Immediately Reopening It, Closing The App And Waiting For A While To Open It Again (Worked The First Time, Not This Time), Switching From App To Browser Then Back Multiple Times, Deleting The App And Redownloading It, And Refreshing So Many Times I’m Surprised That The Refresh Button, Ctrl + R, And The Double-Click Features On My Keyboard Still Work.
There’s No “Update” Button When I Go To The App Settings In My Computer, It Only Says “Uninstall”. I Can’t Access The App On The Play Store (This Is Because This Computer Is Technically A School Computer, But Regardless). I Don’t Know What To Do, Help😭.
I Don't Know If This Is An Actual Problem Other People Are Also Having, Or If My Computer Is Truman Showing Me, But I'm Getting Annoyed 🏃🏼♀.
Do I Know The Exact Model Of My Computer? No. Do I Know Anything About Computers In General? Also No, I Forget Different Brands Make Different Computers, And That’s The Extent Of My Knowledge, I’m Sorry💀.
Hi there @KxpMultiFandomer,
Thanks for reaching out.
There's several possible reasons that can cause this. Consider trying out the following:
Let us know how it goes.
it doesn't work I have the app (from the play store) and the web player but the problem is there both, and I've had this problem since begin november
I did found a solution to listen to another playlist, you need to double click, you can sadly not do it manually but you can listen to other songs
It's not just you its me too and its suuuper frustrating!
I can't access my library and I can't see what I have saved on it. It won't show me it. 😞
please tell me how I can access my library again on Spotify
I don't know why my Spotify library is not showing what I saved and it makes me SUPER mad! 😡 I am listening to my favorite music and I am trying to access it and it won't lemme access it.
