Why are some bands listed but their music does not play?

My Question or Issue

Why are some bands listed but their music does not play?  Man or Astro-Man for instance.  Their music used to play but has not for quite a few months now.

Resolved!  There was a message on the PC Spotify app stating that it could not play this artist until I allowed it on my iPhone.  Don't know why that is, but I was able to do it by tapping the ellipses.
