Hallo!

Ich möchte gerne BTS Lieder auf meinem Account auf dem Pc abspielen, doch dieser ziegt die oben genannte Fehlermeldung an. Ich kann die Songs weder auf dem Handy noch auf dem Pc abspielen.

It seems like a connection issue you're having.

Can you please mention if it works while playing on other devices / network ?

Asking a friend using Spotify in the same country to play the same content would be good indication as well.

Just wanted to jump in here with some additional info to what @OneByBoo had already suggested:

If you've made sure the content is available in your country but you're still having difficulties playing these songs, you can also check your hidden contents on your phone. They can be found by heading to the Artist section in Your Library and swiping up till you reach the bottom of the page.
