no matter what I do, the app never plays past the first ten or so songs on my Liked Playlist. I will filter to dance and as the video shows will just hang. I deleted and reinstalled few times now. Cleared the cache on app and still the same. Also tried download feature and that didn't help.

Just wanted to let you know that this was reported in a similar thread here and our tech folks are currently looking into it. You can subscribe to the thread if you want to get notified when someone replies with an update. In the meantime, make sure to always keep your app updated in order to not miss out on a possible fix.
We also have this Ongoing Issue at the moment, which could also be related, since @AnewMadrid mentioned using a genre filter. Feel free to check it out and reply to it directly with the requested info if you feel like you're experiencing the same thing.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We appreciate the info you included in your post.
We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?
If so, since we can see on the video that you've the songs downloaded to your device, would you mind activating the offline mode to make the app only load the stored content to see if it makes any difference?
Lastly, since this could be related to the size of your Liked songs playlists as well, it would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists with their account.
We'll be on the lookout for your response.
Oscar. Thanks for response. Tried offline, didn't do anything. Did the full clean install didn't help. Don't have someone to login, so can't do that. I do have a large amount of songs. Guess that could be it.
It's a bummer as the random play never choses those songs past the B's (if I chose by title) this happens on any genre as well. Then it choses songs I dont have save and don't have smart shuffle on. So any help would he great. Also then download songs don't even play if they fall into what I described above if I didn't mention.
I'm experiencing the same issues with liked playlists, for over a week. Choose a category, start the playlist, it gets 5-8 songs into list and stops, same for all playlists. Songs can be selected individually and still won't play, won't even hi-light. Same issue on multiple lists, usually listen on I-phone, went to lap top and it's even worse... Spotify won't play any songs, period. since multiple customers are experiencing the same issue and there's no apparent fix, it makes me question why I'm paying for Premium Membership and at what point do I get a refund?
