Wrapped 2020 - possible to delete an album from my history?

I was super excited to see my Wrapped 2020 as I listened to a TON of music this year, then was very confused/disappointed when it said my favourite artist and my entire list of top 5 songs were something I didn’t recognize. I then after some digging realized this was due to a short period of time earlier in the year where my three-year-old was having trouble sleeping so I was playing him a random relaxation album every night. This completely messed up my year in review as I must have played it so many times it appeared to be my most listened to artist. Is there anyway I can have this album stricken from the record so I can actually see in my accurate Wrapped 2020?

It's not possible to delete an album from your history for Spotify Wrapped. I'll pass your feedback on to the right folks.
