My Question or Issue

Steps:

Using the Spotify Desktop client, I click on Your Library and then Albums, sorted by Recently Added. I scroll down about 10 rows (or more). I click on an album. I click the back button in the upper left.

Expected Behavior:

The album view appears at the same place of the list where I clicked an album.

Actual Behavior:

The scroll position starts over at row 0.

Impact:

This makes it very hard to browse anything but the top few albums saved in the library, since I have to start from the beginning and scroll until I find my place again.

Looks like a bug to me not a new idea.

How did this behavior end up as expected? What is the benefit of having to scroll through an entire list of albums every time?
