cant regenerate my playlists

i have my playlists on the phone but for some reasone they cant be found on my pc.
i reinstalled the whole computer and spotify app but nothing seems to work.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

Mind double-checking your account overview and confirming you're accessing the same account across the two devices? Look at the username field and make sure it's the same when you log in on desktop and mobile. It could be you're accessing two different accounts, so it'd be good to double-check.
