missing personnal titles

My Question or Issue

Hello, since this morning, all my recorded titles have disappeared (around 300) and they have been replaced by other titles that i don't know (around 50).

Also all my album and playslist have disappeared..

But on the main page, i still have my playlist suggestions created by spotify in connection with my personnal playlist.

So... How is that possible?? 

and how can I resolve this problem ...
