not able to reorder songs in playlist

not able to reorder songs in playlist

I am unable to reorder songs on playlists I curated. If I attempt to organize in preferred order, I receive a message "Already added...this song is already in your playlist" add anyway, don't add
I've updated my macbook app, I've updated my iphone app, logged out and back in. This is happening on both native app and desktop app.

Just to be sure we understood you correctly, can you please confirm that this happens on both your iPhone and MacBook? If yes, please let us know your OS versions and Spotify versions on both platforms and check if clean reinstalling the app makes any difference.

 

If not, please send over a video (if possible) of how things look on your end.

I can rearrange songs on the web! But this seems like a bug rather than a problem with my account.
