playlists show in a different order when offline (on iphone)

When Spotify is in online mode on my phone, it shows my playlists in the same order that they are in on my laptop (which is what I want, as I have my playlists filtered by custom order), though when I go into offline mode, it orders them in another order (which is the same everytime). Was hoping someone might have a fix for this, thanks in advance!
