i am a discordbot developer and my app keeps getting a 403 error and customer support told me to hit up here and would u need my ip from the vps server i use

Solved!!Superuser Contribution Spotify for developers dashboard login not working

I am trying to login to spotify for developers https://developer.spotify.com but after I click on log in in the top right or "log in and run code" and log in either using facebook, google, or a direct account (I tried all 3) the page just reloads and...
