CANT PAY CANT USE PREMIUM

I literally had my bank issue me a credit card JUST to pay for Spotify and now it won't take it. It's valid, it's unlocked for international purchases (I'm from Chile) and still it won't work. This is honestly terrible and by reading some complaints ...

Subscription​ problem

I cannot pay. İts not working. But if I try to pay, every time it get a commission fee.. 2 times 2.5$ usd, 2 times 0.57$ usd. Totally: 6$ usd..but still i couldn't get a premium..From: TurkeyAnd sorry for my bad english
