Spotify will NOT 'Go Online' on Nexus 5 with 6.0

For some reason, I can only get a connection with the app when on wi-fi. I have tried deleting the app's cache, along with my phone's. I have tried a factory reset. Nothing is working to make it connect. Is anyone else running into this?
