I guess this might be a common complaint, but I'll ask it here anyway.
I purchase a few tracks to play on my iPod, and just less than 1 month ago purchased a further 10 downloads, even though I only downloaded 1 or 2 tracks.
Yesterday I used Spotify and noticed a message saying that I had 8 downloads which were due to expire in 2 days, so today I have come on to choose some tracks, and, lo and behold, they have expired already!
is this something to do with the time difference in the UK?
It is extremely annoying.
Before I cancel my premium subscription, can somebody from Spotify please sort this for me.
