Every morning I open Spotify and, seemingly before 9 AM, it plays this advert after one song but the advert never finishes, 'pausing' (without actually pausing) just before the end and then won't play another track. This means I have to close the program and reopen it. Then, after the next song, the process repeats itself. Later in the day, with other adverts, there is no issue, so it only seems to be with this Mitsubishi one.

Is this happening with anyone else?

I'm using it with Windows 7 if that's any help.

Stuck on a Loreal advert for me similarly. 😞 Windows 10.

I have same issue, with same advert. Been going on for weeks now. Windows 10 here. Doing my head in!

I managed to listen to 3 songs this morning before being stuck with the advert. I don't have any problems with my phone, so have to use that with a speaker at the moment.

Fortunately the issue seems to have been solved as I haven't seen/heard the problematic advert for a long time and every other advert has played without issue.
