hello,

i sended a gift card to my friend from other country. and she can't use this card. i didn't read any warning about this. is this normal? and what can i do?

Technically it's not possible to use a gift card purchased in another country as Spotify's Terms of Condition.

You can ask the customer care if they can change it for you, but I can't guarantee you anything.
