Can't access Facebook

Hi,

My Facebook acoount has been deleted, and it was my way of connecting to Spotify.

I created another account (which I'm using right now), but I'm not able to stop my Premium subscription on my previous account, because I can't connect to it.

I also would like to recover all my data (playlists, saved artists, etc).

 

Could you transfer my ex account to my new one?

Don't worry, just follow the steps in this FAQ and you'll see how you can continue with the new account and transfer your music from your previous : )

Thanks for the answer but the problem is that I can't connect to my
Facebook account anymore so I can't cancel my subscription

Just contact with Spotify trough the contact form and they will assist you furher

You can also leave a tweet or message to the staff from facebook or twitter : )
