Premium client can't edit playlist, sort track order. used to be able to 2 weeks ago

Using the subject header for part of your post makes it pretty hard to follow.

 

It has never been possible to edit the track order of a playlist on android. If you were able to do this 2 weeks ago, it must have been on an iOS device or Spotify has been testing a new feature and the test has ended.

I can edit mines on iOS. App version 8.4.43.908
