Hey,

I'm Premium Member und Pay 9.99 per month. And now my Phone says "Your license to listen to music in offline mode expired. Please go online to renew it."?

I'm from germany so this isn't the exact message, but you get my problem.

 

Why is my license expired? What do I paid for?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

The Spotify mobile application requires you to go online at least once every 30 days or else you get this error message. Make sure your Spotify application is able to connect to the internet and is not in offline mode. You will however need to resync all of your offline content I think 😞

Hey! Thanks for your help 😉

But at the bottom there's the message "No Internetconnection". But all the other applications work. I'm connected to my Wlan and the Offline-Mode is "Off".

Maybe reinstall Spotify?

Yeah its worth a shot, I would go as far as removing all of Spotify's files too. Try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this post.
