Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected and thus creating the illusion that you were charged twice in the same month. If you have actually paid twice, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the extra payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments.
