0.7.1 update CRASHES Iphone 5 at start up

I just updated to the new 0.7.1 spotify app and now every time I try to load the app it crashes right away.

Anyone else having this issue?

Spotify, please issue an update to fix this.

Same problem with iPhone 4...before that it would stop playing after 1 minute. I ended up canceling my subscription. If this is fixed then I might get it again.

same for me, latest stable iOS and 4S, I can't launch the app at all.
I was about to go on holiday, I need a quick solution, I can't find any.
Having a premium account, this is unacceptable.

Hi all, thanks for pointing this out to us. I've created a bug thread for it here, where we'll post any/all updates we get about this.

If you could post there with the following info, that'd be great:

-- Model of iOS device

-- Version of iOS

-- Version of Spotify (although it seems to be limited to 0.7.1)

It's also worth trying:

-- A reinstall

-- Restarting device by holding Home + Lock for about 10 seconds

If either of those troubleshooting steps help, let us know.
