0.9.3.212 Breaks Siri

I am often having the occurance of Siri not working when playing music from Spotify. 5S on 7.0.4.

Launching Siri while spotify (music playing doesn't seem to matter) will sometimes cause Siri to start listening for a split second and then stop (as indicated by the sound wave graphic). Other times she just won't attempt to listen all together. I have traced this bug to Spotify, as force quiting spotify immeadly causes Siri to respond as normally. I have attempted to restore software and reinstall
