123 Top List - iPhone 4S - Cant find it

On the desktop version of Spotify when you click on an artist you get to see the top songs by that artist but I can’t find that on the iPhone? Is there a swipe or part of the screen i need to touch to view this?

Also why doesn’t the IOS app recommend other artists like the one your listening too?  This is a huge part of having Spotify to find new music?
