I got the 30 day trial yesterday and spotify works well on my iPad and laptop but not on my iPhone. I have logged out several times and spotify still isnt working.. Help?!

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.
If that doesn't get it going, try logging out, fully restarting your device and then logging in again.Peter
