Ability to change Playlist Art on mobile?

I was just wondering if there was a way for me to change Playlist Art on mobile since I have seen a couple of people do it, but I can't seem to find the option. There might be a way on the PC version, but I was just wondering about mobile. I have looked a lot of threads for the answer but nothing on it seems to come up, thanks!

This feature is currently only available on desktop: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/playlists/personalize-playlists/

Hopefully it'll be available on more platforms in the future. 🙂
