Ads on iPhone with unlimited account?

Why am i getting ads on my iPhone when i have an active unlimited account? My account is not expired and have never had ads before. How do i fix this?

Spotify Unlimited will only remove adverts on the desktop client (as advertised), when the new free service launched a few weeks back, ad-free radio on mobile devices for unlimited subscribers was withdrawn. 

Unfortunately if you want an ad-free experience on mobile you need a premium subscription.

This is Horrible customer service!!!

If a company decides to remove features to a product users already subscribe to, it should at least send out a personal email explaining the changes and reasons behind them.

It should also clearly explain the change on its website, I shouldn't have to search in a community forum to get answers to why my account has changed.
