All downloaded songs dissappear after changing device

My Question or Issue

I have changed my device from iPhone X to iPhone 11 and used itunes to sync all data from the old iphone to the new one. Now all the downloaded songs that was not exist in spotify disappeared. I see the songs name on the playlist but song isnt exist on the device. 
Isn't all downladed should synced as well when you change device?

Unfortunately that's not possible.

You will have to download those songs over the new install of the Spotify app.
