All of my downloaded songs are gone?

I use my Spotify on my IPhone, i have probably around 3000 songs downloaded. The other day all of them were suddenly off my phone, still saved but not downloaded to my device, it took all night but they eventually downloaded back to my phone. Now it's done it again, but now they will not download again. Please help

Could you let us know the make and model of your iPhone? Also knowing the exact version of iOS will be useful to us.

We'd like to ask you the following:

• How much space do you have free on the device? (Found in Settings > Manage Storage)
• Are the majority of Offline tracks from albums or playlists, or an equal amount of both?
• Do you always attempt to save around 3,000 or more tracks?
• Do you have more than one device with music saved for offline listening?

It's an iPhone 6S with the latest version of IOS, but it has been happening to my friend as well with an older Andriod device.
I've had 2800-3000+ downloaded for some time now. When it drops then all offline some of my playlists stay downloaded (not all) but all of my albums are dumped.
I also have 25+ gigs available on my phone
