My Question or Issue

Logged in today to see all my playlists are empty, which is kind of terrible.  I've tried logout/in, clear cache, uninstall app.  I've changed my password, and logged out of all unused devices.  I've disconnected my Sonos account. I've downloaded the desktop app, and it seems that all the playlists I've created are still empty.  None of it seems to work.  I am now the proud user of a bunch of empty playlists compiled over the course of years.

 

Any advice?

Maybe you've logged in to the wrong account.
