Songs keep repeating on my apple watch even if I have shuffle on or off. I have to manually tap next. I have tried multiple different playlists from my watch during my nightly runs. These are all offline downloaded playlists. This worked fine for years. I have uninstalled the app from my watch, reinstalled it, deleted the playlists and redownloaded them. Still the same
WatchOS 11.1 (22R585)
I went running yesterday and still had the issue. The new version is installed, not sure if it was yesterday.
My workaround is to ask Siri via AirPods to play the next song.
Hi folks,
Thanks for the replies.
For anyone still having this issue we recommend to reinstall the app and re-download all offline files to the watch again to make sure everything is updated. Our internal testing has shown that this tends to resolve the issue if it still occurs.
Hope this helps.
This worked for me! Thank you, Spotify! It's been a miserable month without being able to listen to my music on my watch while running. Looking forward to running with you today!
This issue still exists. Although it doesn’t repeat it now will not proceed to the next song. I have to manually hit next song. So frustrating!’
It worked for me! I updated the latest version of Spotify on my phone, re-downloaded the playlists to my watch, and during my hour-long run, the playlist seamlessly auto-played the next song without a hitch!
I have the same issue, very annoying since i bought the new apple watch the most reason to play spotify during workouts without my phone around
Exactly the same issue. Really frustrating
Yes
Issue exist even after doing the recommended solution. And obviously a lot of us would have already tried that solution before posting here.
Latest updates in iOS and Spotify have not fixed this for me yet.. although I don’t seem to be able to update from 8.9.94 ?? Not even manually. I’m located in Australia
Same issue here.
It stops after every song in offline mode
Apple Watch Ultra 2
Iphone 15 pro
Updated versions on both devices
I'm having same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I have also deleted and re-downloaded playlists multiple times. My spotify on apple watch ultra 2 will auto play 1 song then I need to manually next to each song after that. Very frustrating, please provide solution.
I have exactly the same problem. It's been a pain to go running since I updated to the new version of WatchOs. I have tried everything, including restoring the device, but nothing works. Please find a solution soon.
