App Wont Load on Ipod Touch

Downloaded the app on my ipod touch, signed in and it just boots me out to my main screen on my ipod. I have;

1. Restarted the ipod

2.Unistalled App

3. Rebooted the ipod (holding top and bottom button)

4. Reset my entire ipod

NOTHING seems to work

Ipod is genertaion 5 and is up to date.

Same issue. Latest Spotify app on iOS 11.2.5. 

Using a one year old iPod touch

Same isuuse here It's a shame that this is a real problem and they expect us to just figure it out on our own by some rocket science move. All I want is to use the spotify app on an ipod touch i paid well over $200.00 for! Haven't been able to use the app since day one and all other apps work fine so its not me!
