My Question or Issue

When I log into my account, the app just stop working, and won't play any songs, because it just closes and don't open again. I tried reinstalling every way you suggested, and it works for a few minutes/hours, but then it starts all over again. I recorded the issue but it won't upload here...

Thanks for coming to the Community. Can you try following these iOS troubleshooting steps? Also, can you let me know if you're getting any error messages?

I've tried all of that, and didn't work either. I reached out on twitter and apparently they came up with a solution, which was deleting my older account that had the same email address as my facebook account... So far, it’s working.
