My Question or Issue
App zeigt beim Öffnen "ein Fehler ist aufgetreten" an. Erneut versuchen ändert nichts. Bei Tab Browse gibt es Fehler "Seite nicht gefunden". Nur SpotifyConnect von einen anderem Gerät zu gehen.

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
You can also try with another internet connection to see if the issue persists.
If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have?

A reinstall made the problem worse. Now it is not possible to install the app ...

As your device does not support the minimum system requirements of iOS 12, we can't guarantee that everything will work as expected. This is because certain parts of the back-end side of the app change over time with new technological developments and older devices won't always support those.
