My Question or Issue

today when I tried to open my app. It had logged me out and all of my downloaded playlists and albums had been undownloaded. 

Ive paid for premium use because I need it for work so how do I stop this from happening? 

My app was up to date, my subscription is paid and I’m not trying to use the account across multiple devices. Any solutions?

Hi,

Firstly, this problem could have been caused by a whole bunch of issues, but the most likely one is clearing your cache or data to save storage. A good way to check this is to see if the playlists you created are still intact. If that is not the case, keep doing some more troubleshooting like reinstalling the app, redownloading one of the playlists and seeing if it stays downloaded, etc. An easy (and hopefully quick way) to solve this is to just re-download your playlists. Let us know if this is a repeated issue or if it happens again, so that we can narrow down the problem.
