App keeps playing commercials even though I upgraded to premium

Do I have to delete the Spotify app I used previously for my free subscription?? If so, can I transfer my playlists??

Hey! Please try to logout and login your account first. If that doesn't help try to reinstall the Spotify app (don't worry! your playlists are saved in your account). If you're still running into issues please check this guide for checking whether you have multiple accounts. Sorry for the inconvenience and good luck. 🙂
