App logs me out, music need re-downloading

Hello,

Problem over last 3 days... I'm premium subscriber, Iphone 6s, memory isn't an issue.

Issue;

- once every 2 or 3 times that I open app, I'm asked to log in again

- I click log-in by Facebook and am told that I've already given approval for app

- I can see my music but I need to re-download all of it again

Additional issue;

- it seems that the last couple songs I saved haven't been saved

- also, when re-downloading songs, app freezes after 20 songs and takes minutes to start downloading again.

Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated - I love spotify but, right now, if Spotify was a musician... it'd be Kanye... please don't leave me like this!

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the Spotify Community!

To start, can you let us know what operating system and version of Spotify you're using? Also, how many tracks would you say you have in Songs (roughly)? e.g. 100, 1000, 5000, or more?
