App not working

Hi, I'm trying to use Spotify through both the sound touch app and Spotify app to my sound touch and won't work. Just seems to do nothing at all. I can play "my songs" but nothing else. I've updated both apps and re coonected the system to the network. I'm puzzled. Any idea.
