App shuts down

I've had this problem for several months. It shuts down after playing for about 1 minute. I will cancel my premium account if I dont get help asap.

Device: iphone 5s

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

Does this happen when you're connected to WiFi, 3G/4G or both? If you haven't already, can you try connecting to a different network and see if the same thing happens?

 

Let's also try reinstalling the app. To do that, just follow the steps you'll find here; they should help with this.

Thanks for answering. It happens with both wifi and 4g. I have tried several networks but no difference. I have also tried reinstalling several times.
