Apple Watch App not appearing

I have all the minimum required app levels and OS levels on both my iPhone and Watch.... However no matter what I do the app isn't showing up on my Apple Watch 4. I've tried reinstalling Spotify and resyncing apps but nothing. Any ideas?

See attachments. You can see it’s installed but not on the available or installable app list.

Rebooted my phone and then the app showed up. 🙂
