Apple Watch can no longer skip songs or go back

Up until today I'm assuming with the new iOS update 9.3.2 or maybe even a Spotify update I was able to control my music. Now I am only able to play/pause songs where before I could also skip forward and backwards. Please fix this I loved using Spotify on my watch. If this doesn't work anymore it's another reason for me to look into iTunes music.

hey @Rangerschaz, I'm not able to replicate this issue with my watch. Have you tried restarting the iPhone and also the Watch?

There was an Apple Watch update which I was never notified of which fixed it thanks.
