My Question or Issue

Hello, I recently purchased the new sony WF-1000XM3 which have a sensor just like the airpods; I was trying them out last night with Spotify and found that altough they auto-pause if you take one off, the won't auto resume after you place themback in. Now, I tried the auto-resume feature with other apps such as Netflix, and Apple Music, in both the feature worked as intended so that's why I'm asuming this is related with the app and not the OS or the firmware of the earbuds.
