Awful 2019 Update

Please can someone please get back to me about what is going on with this new update, all of my recent downloaded songs have disappeared, I can only see a selection of my artists, there is no longer an option to listen to all of my songs on one big playlist. I am not happy paying for this service. 

It's a nightmare to use!!

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help explain what's happening 🙂

 

As you've noticed, we've recently rolled out a new Your Library look. The reason you are only seeing a selection of your previous artists is that the model used to save music to Your Library has changed, so that only followed artists will appear under Artists.
